eBuy, using Staples by Guy Brown, is the Laboratory’s online solution for ordering business cards.
You will need authorization, a Project ID (PID) and Activity Code to place your order.
Note that Firefox is the recommended browser for using eBuy.
Instructions:
Getting to the Business Cards page is a multi-step process:
- Login to FMS
- Click “eBuy”
- Login to eBuy with your LDAP username
- Once you’re at the main eBuy page, use the images below to direct your search.
Locate the supplier Guy Brown.
Hover over the supplier name until you see the “Buy From Supplier” button appear, and click that button.
Enter the ZIP code for Berkeley Lab, 94720.
In the Staples search bar, type “LBNL.”
Select “business cards” from the search, which will bring up all six cards available to order.
NOTES:
- If you need a business card that is not an option on the Staples site, e.g., foreign translation, please submit a request to Creative Services.
- If you need help with ordering or paying for your card, please contact Procurement.
- To find the approved business card designs, use the search term “LBNL.”
